TAKE THE “MONTH OF GRATITUDE” CHALLENGE!

Challenge yourself to not only feel but also affirm gratitude daily or a whole month. Set up your own little routine or ritual. You can start a gratitude journal, or just use paper or the computer. I recommend handwriting, as it is a personal , creative and sacred process that is powerful in its own right / rite.

You may want to do this in the morning after you wake (this is a great way to start your day and lift your vibrations), or at night before you sleep, or both.

Take deep breaths and relax. You can start by saying the word ‘thank you’ out loud or in your mind repeatedly. Say it each time slowly, and with conviction, like you really mean it. If this is hard to do, keep repeating until it feels completely heartfelt and genuine, or if you are really struggling with it, do as they say: ‘fake it till you make it”. Start to thank all the things in your life, such as family, friends, work, experiences, things that made you laugh or smile, lessons you have learned… the possibilities are endless. Also include things that you are wanting to manifest. Make sure that they are written in the present tense though, even if you don’t have them yet. Stay in a state of
really feeling and appreciating.

Do this every day for a month and you will see your life transform. You will attract wonderful things in your life through your attitude, perspective and intention.
